Necromancer-Cerus

Origin: Living near the Ends of This Earth, Cerus never knew anything about Gokuu or Vejita, and only participated in a Tenkaichi Budokai later on after Gokuu's death.

He is terribly frightened of Clowns and Namek-jins, however. race: Rou-sekkin, Saiya-jin.

Powers: Super Rou-jin, Super Saiya-jin.

Costume: Tough Black tunic, Deep Blue pants, Army Boots.

Characteristics: Black hair, Side burns reaching to the Jaw-line of his mouth, revealing Tunic, Tail.
