Cowboy Bebop isn't a
bad series. It's no eva though. Cartoon Network is
thinking of picking it up.

Yeah, the Trigun
ending theme is called "The Wind Blows Towards the
Future", or something along those lines.

Wow lots of replies.
Anyway, at this moment my fave anime is DBZ. Second is
Outlaw Star. And then I kinda like the Tenchi series. I
don't like Ronin Warriors, kinda gay in my opinion. And
I don't watch Gundam Wing cause it confuses me, hehehe.
Besides that, I am awaiting to see the two new shows
Funi acquired, they sound interesting.... And I still
want to see Cowboy Beebop.

Yes, Funi has the
rights to Yu Yu Hakusho and Blue Gender.
Yu Yu Hakusho is a great series, It will be
interesting to see how they treat it here.
Blue Gender is kinda cool, but nothing great.
Nice to see that new anime will be coming to TV. Lets
see how long it takes for FUNI to release the two shows.

Anyone here know a
fair amount about Outlaw star? Ive kinda ummm.. started
liking the show after seeing one episode from CN, but it
was the only dub episode I have and will watch, time to
get those DVD's... OK my questions
1: How many episodes? 2: The names of the ending
theme(s)?
Outlaw star has some great ending themes, the opening
theme is cool but annoying after a while.

If you're referring
to the series, there's 26 episodes in all. The DVDs
contain between 8-9 episodes (volume 3 of the Outlaw
Star DVD collection should be out sometime next month).

Well, I spent my week
off from college doing nothing but watching anime. Out
of all the movies and/or series I saw that week, I
recommend the following:
The Slayers Photon: The Idiot Adventures Those
Who Hunt Elves Martian Successor Nadesico Area 88

Trigun Vol. 7:
Puppetmaster comes out on 3/27/01. About 5 days or so.
I'm going to get it pretty much the second I see it.
After this vol, there's only one left: the aptly named
High Noon. If you get a Trigun DVD ever, get this one.
The series ends with a four parter that has to be seen
to be believed: 2 main characters die, Vash is forced to
kill, and Vash and Knives meet face to face for a final
showdown.
On the Puppetmaster DVD: the parter Seeds City arc
which was much better in the manga (isn't everything?).
Vash and Wolf have conflicting views on how do deal with
threats. It's Love and Peace v.s Shoot First, Ask
Questions Later, And May God Go with You. Some very cool
eps if you're a fan of the GHG.

Grammar Man shows up
again to piss-off Char:
You should have typed "you're welcome". Many people
use the word "your", but that is a mistake. "YOU'RE" on
the other hand is a contraction for the words "You Are",
and therefore the proper word.

I know it should be
"you're welcome". Saying "your welcome" makes me sound
less educated and "dumbs down" they way you view my IQ
level. Therefore, I become more dangerous than ever. You
under estimate me for small grammatical errors such as
"your welcome" and 'hence think I am less dangerous.
That only makes me more dangerous.

I disagree with
Portugy. It's time we got back to discussing anime (and
time to end my three-week absence). In fact, let's
discuss Toonami's new lineup (starting April 2nd).
Here's the rundown:
-Sailor Moon (4:00pm) -Tenchi Muyo (4:30) -DBZ
Hour (5:00) -The Big O (6:00) -Superman (6:30)
Sadly, it looks like Gundam Wing's getting the boot
(again), as is Outlaw Star. Personally, I can't wait to
see The Big O; it looks pretty slick.

Cool, Big O is coming
to CN pretty quick. If I actually got CN id watch it but
I dont... A shame it will probably be dubbed horribly,
another series for US tv to ruin? I guess we have to
wait and see

Dragonball Vol.4. And has anyone read the new
Akira comics? They're just awsome!

comics? Wow... And I like the graphic novels of DB
they make, I think I picked up the first volume with no
censorship.
